Cancellation Policy

​​Short sessions are 20-25 minutes are predetermined locations. Each month is at a different location. Cost: $375 / 25 minute session + 20 digital images The $75 fee is non-refundable to hold your spot. ​​Booking fee and signed contract required to hold your spot. Remaining balance of $300 due the day of session. Alternative date for weather will be the day before or the day after (photographer will notify clients and be in communication if a weather date is needed.) Client may cancel this contract at any time up to 30 days prior to the shoot day. To do so, Client must send a written cancellation notice via either email or certified mail. Client hereby forfeit their initial deposit in case of cancellation.  This photography contract serves as a model release. This grants Photographer the right to use all images and footage without restriction for advertising, portfolios, and other lawful purposes. Client waives the right to inspect any images produce using the images or footage from the events in this contract, and the right to restrict the use of the images or footage from the listed events by Photographer.  You will receive a gallery within 1 week. Session & Style Guide Provided.
